Interview
I'm a new grad, I sent them a CV and after two phone interviews I was flown in for a day of technical tests at the Newton Offices.
The two phone interviews were fairly straight forward, one of which was to implement StringBuilder in Java, rigorous on site interviews in which i talked to 6 different people, each of which made me solve whiteboard problems.
Overall positive experience, fast replies and generally fast process. They focus on the computer science core so brush up on algorithms and data structures.

Interview
Interview process was fairly easy. A lot of behavioral questions with a small number of technical questions. Behavioral questions were fairly easy to answer. However your experience may be different. One on one interview over Zoom.
I applied it from the website and I got contacted with an email to check my available time to pick up a phone call. But my phone interview ended with the visa problem so it may not be a good example.

Skype Interview (Technical) 1 : 1 with Senior developer.
Onsite interview , meet and learn about the team and how they work as a group.
