I submitted my resume through a current employee. A nice lady from HR/Recruiting emailed me and asked if they could schedule a phone interview with me. It was scheduled for a week from when they called. The interview was simple and fast. The person who had called me was going to be my manager (if i received the internship). He was super nice and easy to talk to, he basically just wanted to see if I could hold a conversation and whether or not I was proficient enough in Excel. Excel was all I used in my internship, along with Outlook. He ended the conversation with asking what type of laptop I would prefer to use, Macbook, HP, Dell, etc. I got a call back a few days later saying I got the internship and that the pay was $15.00 an hour. I accepted.
