The interview process is straight forward. They ask you to provide examples of when you have shown resilience, the role you play in teams, based on some examples they may ask what you would have changed. Additonally, will ask you about the challenges facing law firms.

The interviewers were friendly but questions asked were really tricky. Group exercise was confusing. The entire assessment was quite challenging with the written assessment being online and rest of the assessment being in person.
