I applied online. I interviewed at Trusted Insight (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
This was the most unprofessional interview process I have been through. Interviewer was 15 minutes late and honestly seemed uneducated about the work. The team's lack of enthusiasm was evident. They should find someone who is actually invested in their job to hire candidates.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trusted Insight
Interview
First step was a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen about technologies I've worked with, then a take home assignment with their technologies, followed by a final onsite interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Trusted Insight (San Francisco, CA) in June 2017
Interview
I had an ethnically and legally murky interview experience with The Trusted Insight. I had a quick 10 minute phone screen that went fine, and the employee (I believe an investor analyst) just asked me to go through my resume, then asked about my specific interest in the position. Later that day I received a "final round offer." The email said "Thank you for the follow up. We have decided that the final round will just be you (and other finalists) working with us for a week. It will be June 12th to June 16th. Most of the core responsibilities will revolve around logistics + events work but we will also see how you interact with the team and our institutional investor clients." This week was going to be unpaid. I asked to speak with an HR rep, and they refused. No employer should ever ask a prospective employee to work unpaid for an entire week... especially not for a summer internship. It seems like they just wanted free labor for their conference.
