      Conference Event Sales Role Interview

      1 June 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Turnstone Sales (London, England) in May 2016

      Interview

One quick phone interview and then an assessment at their office which took a few hours, some very basic group tasks undertaken (not really the best way to judge someone's abilities in sales) but after a short interview at the end I was informed that I was successful in making on to their books. However, I don't think the initial job I applied for ever existed which is pretty irritating as whether or not they find me something else this is still deceit. I got a very rude and abrupt phone call the next day by someone from the company who I had not met/communicated with before, for some reason they asked all the interview questions again and said they would send details of a job over to me... they didn't. I would follow this up but I strongly suspect that these guys are just time wasters with no real interest in the people they interview. (this was around 2 weeks ago and I haven't had any communication from them since).
