Interview
I applied online and received an email from the Director to set up an interview about a week later. About 5 minutes before our scheduled time, the Director emailed to say she wouldn’t be able to make it. We rescheduled, and while I felt the interview went meh, I received an email a couple of days later asking me to complete a take home assignment. I hesitated at first, as I find take home exercises to be a huge waste of time, but I did it anyway. After spending multiple hours on the exercise, I received a rejection email a day or two later.

Background/experience, how you would handle certain situations.
Interview process went well. Asked data heavy questions as well as a math percentage question. The team was very nice though and seemed engaged. I did not get the role.

Interview
They said they were looking for UX/UI Designers to join their team, I did the interview and then a few days later they changed the role and were looking for a Graphic Designer, which was focused on marketing campaigns, such as flyers, social media and others. They decided someone from their internal team would take over the UX role and asked me if I was interested in the Graphic Designer position. This was not what I signed up for but I accepted it anyway. After I accepted it, I was told by the recruiter that we were going to move forward with the process and book an interview with someone from their team. We were in touch via Whatsapp and the recruiter took care of everything via Remotely platform. Gave them all my details, did everything they asked but then there was complete silence for a week just to know throught Remotely platform that I was DISQUALIFIED from the job with no reason. They gave me no feedback, no answers, nothing. This was not a good way to deal with it, It made me waste my time and refuse other offers. I am not happy with this and I advise everyone to be careful with their hiring process. Not good.
