Single technical Interview followed by a Single "Character Interview" No design questions. No system level questions. No architectural questions. No data structure questions. No design pattern questions. No process/methodology questions. No Paradigm Questions ( Functional vs Dynamic vs Procedural vs Data-Driven, ect... ) One trivia question. Interview consisted entirely of basic C++ language definitions. Introduction to object oriented programming type questions, consisting mostly of definitions. A competent new grad should do fine. Interviewer seemed impressed with answers given in common language with examples instead of flash card test prep style answers. He was also very impressed someone could manage to answer all his introductory questions.
