Interview
Process was straightforward. Few basic personality questions, not much else. Some basic IT knowledge questions related to the field of telecommunications. The position started as an internship, so there were not many expectations.
Managment are aware of requiremnets for role. Define requirements and pay bracket meets the market rate. Second interview was technical but provide an overview of the job. Interview was informal
