Interview was entirely different from what was described by the recruiter. First interviewer was rude (or probably just couldn't converse well in English), and the second interviewer (who was late and did not even acknowledge btw) only talked about the company and himself without even asking me a single question my experience. Not sure why they asked for an interview to be honest. They are also proud that their employees only have to work XXX hours of overtime
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at U-NEXT (Tokyo) in July 2025
Interview
The interviewer was the Tech Lead of the company, and he was quite busy so he was a little late. We chatted and he asked some questions based on experience.
At the end of the interview they will send you a coding test and you have to finish it within a fixed time.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at U-NEXT in Aug 2017
Interview
The first step was based on your resume but most of the ppl can pass this step especially if you are friends with some famous recruiter. And the second step was a live coding test on paper and Q&A with several engineering teams. (I failed at this step.)
