During the interview, there were 3 people from the embassy. One was from Human resources and the other two would be supervisors (one local and one corporate).
First, they asked me general questiones about my professional experience, the second part they asked me to play a sketch that one of the supervisors was an internal customer and i was the first level of helpdesk and i have to help him with the problem of his PC that it seems that it is not working. The screen was black. And the third part, they ask technical questions like what is DNS, what is fishing, what can i can say about cookies, etc
