They take written test, a technical interview and hr round at last.
Test and interview are of average level.
Then if u qualified all they will ask you to deposit 20k as training and infrastructure cost which is refundable after 6months .
If u deposit the money you will have to wait for 1 or 2 months probably then u will b given joining for tranning which will go for at most 45-60 days and then you will be given leave providing some or other reasons.
You will get 1st and the only salary amount of about 10k-12k after 60 days, then u have to sit at home and wait for completion of 6months to get your 20k back as the bond ends.
