Interview
As an experienced nurse interviewing for them, it felt more casual compared to interviewing as a new grad. Questions were straight forward, not intimidating, and the vibe was friendly. Despite being nervous because I really wanted the position, I felt comfortable and content afterwards. They sent a reference check email immediately following. Overall concise and good experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA Health (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2024
Interview
The interview process was really simple. Just a conversation that made me feel comfortable. It was Fair. Asked about strengths weaknesses. How do you show leadership in your current role and “Tell me about yourself”. I asked questions and from there created small talk. Really enjoyed the easy going interview process. For RNs the interview style is easy. For managers it is a bit different and complex.
