Interview
Kronos Incorporated conducted a campus pool for 3 colleges.
There was initial shortlisting based on cgpa criteria ( for our college it was above 8 ) while for the college who organized the drive (cgpa criteria was above 7) .
Day 1 : 1st round consisted of 35 mcqs to be completed in 40 mins and were based on java oops , basic ds question ,basic aptitute .Level was extremely easy .
Since the exam was too easy , another shortlisting was there (cgpa criteria above 8.5) .Out of 73 only 11 were selected for next rounds (technical and hr interview ).

Extremely friendly, detail oriented process where there were multiple interviewers at the same time. Most likely interviewing with the team that you would be working with, from manager to lead.

The first round was a general aptitude round along with a section of technical MCQs and three coding questions which were not very tough and were moderate level and overall experience was good.
