Interview
1st phase screening; went pretty well. HR booked video call for technical interview right away.
2nd phase - video call with 2 engineers. I planned on purpose to be out the office for that call, but nobody joined from Ultimate Software within 20 min. HR didn't answer email and phone while I was waiting on the call. No any explanation/feedback followed after that. Quite disappointed with such disrespect of candidate's time
Update: HR came back after few days (after 1st version of this review was published) saying this position is not anymore available because of a merger with Kronos. Said she will comeback within 24 hours with other opportunity, since they liked my CV. As you might guess - nothing for 2 weeks since then. No judging, merger is a big thing.

Not stressful, they were very laid back and just wanted to know if I was qualified for the position or not. Two people interviewed at once and it was not a bad experience at all. I loved the process. Two interviews

Interview
Interviewed twice for the same position on two different teams. First team wanted me only to have their available head count go away.
2nd team interviewed me, with the hiring manager stating I passed technical, so they just wanted to get to know me. That led to an unexpected 5 person technical interview.
Recruiter unresponsive via email and phone for multiple days more often than not. She had the courtesy to call and tell me the first position fell through. She lacked the courage to give me a courtesy phone call telling me the 2nd team declined to hire; not only did she email me, but she didn't do so until I reached out multiple times.
