The interview level is very high and it was good. The interviewer focused on the generic process. He has asked the questions in which part you have worked, Also asked about the projects and the methodology in which you worked and the process you are following in your current organization,

I went through three rounds of interviews with various people, including coming on site. Like so many other reviews here, despite being told when I could expect to hear back, weeks have gone by without any contact, even after I followed up. I get that it sucks to have to tell someone it's not going to work out, but that's part of the job. At this point, I'd even have been happy to get an automated "thanks, but no thanks" instead of a whole lot of nothing!
