I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Weston, FL) in June 2015
Interview
First contact was 1 week after application. From first contact to offer, the process took 36 days including a holiday period. The recruiter kept me informed throughout the process. Interviewed with recruiter, hiring manager and two executives. Questions were appropriate to the role being considered. Easy process. Entire process gave me a great view of the company culture.
