I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Lowell, MA) in May 2021
Interview
There was an initial call with a recruiter, I took a personality test, then I had 3 separate phone interviews with hiring managers. The hiring managers made a decision within a week. They told me I would be provided with feedback if I wasn't chosen. The recruiter called me to say I hadn't been chosen but then didn't follow up on the feedback I was promised which made for a negative experience.

One of the most streamlined and professional interview experience. Since the first call they were very keen to clearly state the requirements and there expectation for the role. During the complete interview process everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. It was a great overall experience.
