Was contacted 3-4 months after applying. Forgot I even applied here. But Went for the interview (even though I was quite turned off as they requested my 3 months payslip), was left waiting for an hour before it starts which turned me off more. Interview was not technical at all. Had with HR and someone from the SC dept. Odd as the job description listed and what they needed was not aligned. Lasted 15 minutes. Was offered the job couple days later but with a low ball offer…they said *suddenly* they no longer needed a senior and only wanted a junior hire (so they salary offered in the job ad was also drastically reduced now). Why would I apply for a Senior position if I wanted a Junior one? Make it make sense. I also knew this was a desperate hire since the period from the application to interview was a little too long and the interview was too easy. I rejected the offer but they called a couple times to get me on board (increasing the salary with each call, meaning they were capable of paying me my requested salary, they just didnt want to). I rejected them in the end after they met my asking because this was screaming incompetence and I didnt want to be hired this way.
