First I received an email, describing the who procedure. Step by step it was like 1. Written assessment 2. Open day (to know more about the job functions) 3. Skype interview (There was a choice of in person or Skype). Written assessment was bit tricky, 40 minutes for, receiving the assessment by email and to respond and send it back, contained two interview questions, and technical part. It was not difficult but just the time was short. however I passed some how and was invited for the open day. Next day was the interview, I could book the time and how would I like to e interviewed, in person or Skype, I chose Skype. Interview was STAR based.
