the post was advertised in the local paper for three weeks, shortlisting was done and I attended two interviews. The panel had five people all had different portifolio, among them was the head of the department
There was a competency-based interview, approx 30 min. Several general competency questions and a couple of technical questions. Went fine, I did not receive a job offer though, yet experience was just good.

Interview was competency based, no written less than an hour. There was no written test. Technical competencies were evaluated but not extensively. The post interview processes took long but eventually cleared.

Interview
Interview consisted of two parts, an automated video assessment and an oral interview. The automated interview had two questions and each question was allocated five minutes of recording time. the automated interview also allowed you to repeat the question once. The questions were fair enough and were context specific . The oral interview was competency based and took about forty minutes.
