The interview was virtual with three people. It was lovely and friendly however, their feedback was much harsher than was made out by them. The interview lasted nearly an hour.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult colleague
There are 2 parts to the selection process. One is a test and the second round is an interview. The interview is conducted on basis of UNICEF values and competencies (which you can access on their website) There are questions about your views on DEI and you embody or apply these principles in your professional or personal life. The panel is quite warm and do cross-question you. Prepare a few questions to ask at the end of the interview as it will give you the opportunity to showcase your enthusiasm for the job

Question 1
'We at UNICEF value DEI and observe it in our workplace. How would you say apply these principles/values in your personal or professional life?'
An easy going conversation with a panel of 4 interviewers. Great questions to be expected at all interviews such as describing a marketing campaign and how I was involved, company values and culture, overcoming difficult obstacles and building relationships.
