Interview
One interview round in two parts - the first was a written test pertaining to specific skills relevant to the role, the second was a panel interview consisting of line manager, department head, and coworker.

Question 1
Of all the aspects of the role we have discussed, which one do you feel you would need the most support with?
UNICEF is one of the biggest UN agencies. The interview was not difficult but it needed some preparation.. it lasted around thirty minutes or so. It focused on the competencies and past experience.
Competency-based interview. Includes both interview and written test. Test was in accordance with the job description. Interview panel of several people, questions in line with the job description and with expectations for candidate experience.
