Interview
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an initial HR/recruiter conversation, followed by a technical challenge related to geospatial data, APIs, and problem-solving. After submitting the challenge, I had a technical interview with team members where we discussed my solution, my background, and my understanding of remote sensing and customer-facing technical support. The final step was a conversation focused more on team fit, motivation, communication style, and expectations for the role. Overall, the communication was clear and respectful throughout the process.
