I created proposals for USACE subcontractors operating in Camp Bucca proposing prompt resolutions to several shortcomings threatening to disrupt regular business operations and/or to completely terminate their prime contracts (USACE awarded contracts). I negotiated over $350k in salary payments, reimbursable expenses, and favorable terms and conditions for my staff and I to operate and manage key areas of operations.
