Fairly smooth. Phone interview after recruiter and then training for 3 weeks that are paid time and In field for a week .after you take the test you receive work truck

Was very quick and easy . Did a self record video then was offered the position. Didn’t really get to speak to anyone until the called and offered me the position

What is the reason I was interested in the position
It was very minimal. I did a video interview for questions and received an offer. I start next week! The rest of the onboarding process was all of electronic for background and drug screen which was nice!
