Easy very laid back. Just tell them the truth. They have changed a lot over the years. They want to take care of the workers now and they don’t micro manage any more
Was very quick and easy . Did a self record video then was offered the position. Didn’t really get to speak to anyone until the called and offered me the position

What is the reason I was interested in the position
It was very minimal. I did a video interview for questions and received an offer. I start next week! The rest of the onboarding process was all of electronic for background and drug screen which was nice!
