I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UULA
Interview
First stage cool interview with HR (60 minutes) and second stage strong technical interview with Product lead (60 minutes). In the technical interview there were a lot of questions on product creation, metrics. The last stage with CEO and it didn't impress me at all because:
1) CEO didn't turn on the camera, I consider it disrespectful
2) The interview was positioned as Personality, but in fact it was the second technical interview
3) CEO fluffs and pressures his ideas, insists on them, I think the same thing happens in work
4) For all 3 interviews I was never shown the product, it is not possible to see it myself because of registration in the product by phone number of another country

Question 1
Tell me about your experience and business achievements
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UULA in July 2021
Interview
The first interview was with the recruitment agency which gave a lot of information about the company (30 mins of the interview). Nest step was an online interview which was supposed to be with a Project Manager who was managing recruitment previously. But instead, PM was silent all the time, and only the owner was asking all the questions. The biggest minus was that none of them turned on the camera, so they could see me, but I couldn't see them. This set an impression of disrespect.

The questions were interesting!

and personal (What is the most insoghtful HR document you read; If you could choose any company in the world to work for, what would it be; Why did you decide to work in HR, etc.)
