I applied online. I interviewed at UWorx in Apr 2026
Interview
There was a short HR interview first, followed by two technical interviews. The first technical interview was online, while the second one was conducted in person. At the end, there was a final interview with the CEO and stakeholders. The overall process took around 3 weeks.

Question 1
In the HR interview, they asked why I had no internship experience.
You get a take home technical test to solve first, followed by an HR interview, then another one entails a technical interview + cultural fit (sometimes), then finally a one with the CEO or CFO of the company.

Question 1
The technical interview was more inclined towards OOP, data structures and database concepts. Whereas the conversation with the CEO was more focused on personality check and technical credibility.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UWorx (Lahore) in June 2022
Interview
The interview process was very lengthy, lasting over a month. Started with a call with the recruiter, and then there was a LeetCode-based assessment (one problem-solving question and one database-related query, and a few MCQs). Make sure to screenshot the solutions, as they sometimes ask you to walk through your solutions. Then there was an HR interview to see if you are a good fit, they will ask you to rate pay, culture, and office environment. They will ask you questions regarding previous jobs, why you left, if there is a gap, and why it is. A few problem-solving questions will be asked as well. Then, the technical interview with a senior software engineer was asked to solve a problem and was asked to provide a real-world solution to recursion. Then a technical interview with the CEO, he just opened a code editor and wrote some high level code and asked me questions to complete it verbally (like walk him through a high level solution), he asked a lot of questions regarding my CV so any term you mention in the CV you should have a strong command on it and you should know what the term is.
