The lack of transparency in our processes is a significant issue, as many steps are currently obscured or not readily accessible. Frequently, I find myself needing to inquire about the status of the interview, creating an impression that the job posting might be deceptive, even though it is not. I underwent a three-stage interview process, starting with a phone call and followed by two technical interviews. The technical interviewers demonstrated competence, yet the challenge lies in the organization's limited budget, which falls short of the requirements outlined in the job qualifications.
