Pros

Interesting projects to learn from

Cons

- Arrogant senior management. - CTO doesn't respect employees and talks rudely to them. - Tech lead plays mind games with everyone and talks behind backs. If things go wrong they blame anyone else. - They care about noise not signal, if you produce much noise and make it look like you're working you will be their perfect employee. - They don't offer any raise, you work overtime 50% of the time they compensate you 50% they don't.

Pros

Decent office space and hard working employees

Cons

This company looks decent from the outside but step in and it’s a different story. Salaries are often delayed without explanation, weeks can go by and you’ll just be told to WAIT. If you’re on Tamheer, expect to sit in a chair doing nothing while they use your name to tick a quota box. There’s no intention to hire you or help you grow, just to claim credit for ‘training’ you. Hiring isn’t based on skills, it’s built on personal connections. Roles go to friends, relatives or whoever plays along best. Real work gets sidelined while people in power protect their own. If you’re ambitious or speak up, you’re pushed out or ignored. There’s also a pattern of certain foreign nationalities lobbying hard for tech leadership roles, forming inner circles that gatekeep opportunities and shape decisions behind closed doors. Merit takes a backseat to politics and who you know. None of their products go anywhere. Projects are launched for the sake of appearances then abandoned when they fail. The business doesn’t move forward because it’s not built to, it runs on external deals brokered through familiar circles, not from actual product success or market value. It’s more about maintaining access than building anything real. You’ll also notice fake praise everywhere, on their app reviews, on Google Maps, even here. Same names you’ll see in the office writing ‘amazing culture’ and ‘incredible place to work’ while actively contributing to the toxic environment. It’s staged and obvious. If you’re still considering applying, take this as a quiet warning. This place isn’t what it pretends to be.
