I applied online. I interviewed at Ubeya (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Feb 2026
Interview
generally a standard interview process. very delightful people, made me feel at ease. some difficulty with technical questions.
Overall adequate interview process, can't mention anything bad, sadly didn't get the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Please describe one technical challenge you faced in your previous workplace.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ubeya in May 2025
Interview
Very quick process.
1. Phone interview with the HR (Very nice and helpful).
2. Technical interview and test focused on manual testing (24 hours were given to explore the system beforehand).
3. Followed by another technical interview with the CTO, based on an automation assignment provided 24 hours earlier.
During the interview, I was asked to rewrite part of the code but wasn’t asked about the reasoning or underlying logic, and it was unclear whether the solution was evaluated against the stated requirements.
I felt that the time and effort I invested in tailoring the solution to reflect best practices (as if it were implemented in their actual product) and doing additional research weren't fully acknowledged or utilized.
