I've been working at the company for a year and I'm very satisfied. It's great to feel like an integral part of something that's growing rapidly like Ubeya and to have real impact. Beyond the good conditions, pleasant office, and nice people, I think the field we specialize in (stadiums) is fascinating as we're taking part in all the major sporting events happening in the world right now
Cons
Like any growing startup, a lot of processes aren't written down yet, so you need to be creative and figure things out as you go. There's definitely a learning curve to understand both the business and the industry we're working in. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming when you're trying to navigate new territory without clear guidelines, but that's also what makes it exciting. If you're someone who likes structure and clear procedures for everything, this might not be the best fit. But if you enjoy being part of building something from the ground up, it's a great place to grow your skills and career.
