Classical process:
- Initial call with internal recruiter (they prefer to work with candidates directly)
- Take-home technical assignment
- Meeting to discuss project with potential team members and team lead
- Meeting with managers
- Last talk with hiring manager
- Offer or not
The non-technical questions have an informal tone to it, and will require you to describe challenges you faced in the past, your background, how it went with previous companies etc. Soft skills are valued.
- Technical questions about the project will be quite focused and broad. Answer to the best of your abilities, don't oversell yourself.
