I applied online. I interviewed at Ubisoft in Oct 2020
Interview
Was contacted about a week after applying. Was told they would like to interview me. They asked when I was available, I said I could make time whenever suited them. 2 days later I did the HR interview over Microsoft Teams. It was pleasant. The interviewer was friendly and asked clear questions. I felt though that it wasn't clear to me exactly what the day-to-day work would be like. I got a response about 5 days after the interview saying they'd decided they want a candidate with more experience.

Question 1
Very standard interview questions. Strengths, weaknesses, my experience working in a team, how I handle authority etc. No real game programming questions at all.
