It is a three or more process exercise. Interview invites were sent out 3 months after application. The first interview is a 30 minutes oral interview via call. The interviewers are scattered across different countries.
Second interview involved a written exercise. I got a terms if reference and a report generated from their existing raw data. The data had gaps and one was required to fill-in the gaps from any other source.
Third stage is a presentation of the results.
They could improve on feedback. At all stages, I had to dig out for feedback, eventually being ghosted until I spoke to a different person at the entity. Also, a skills assessment should not be about generating real company reports, and doing extra work in covering up gaps in the data. The questions should be hypothetical.
