      CSA Interview

      24 Mar 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Hudson, WI
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Hudson, WI)

      Interview

I'm not quite sure what this company is looking for when interviewing potential employees. In reading reviews I see an assortment of reviews with the same negative experience that I encountered with them. My interview went seemingly smooth with a positive vibe from Brian the HR rep who conducted the interview. I was really excited to get hired on with Uline as it would be a fresh start in putting my years of experience in the customer service field/project and inventory management back to work again. Following the interview Brian advised he would get back to me either way by the end of the week. I really thought no news was good news in this instance. Boy was I mistaken! After waiting most of the day on Friday I finally called to see if a decision had been made. The only live person you can speak to is the person that sits at the reception desk inside the main entrance. From there all you get is the run around to leave a voice message. I never did get a return call from Brian but instead at 5:05pm I received my rejection notice via email. I was totally dismayed considering my face to face interview lasted approximately 1 hour with the additional time for their silly onsite tests. Additionally I spent approximately 3 hours prepping for the interview with having to take their silly pre employment test! All of this for an entry level customer service position! I tried following up with Brian the following week with leaving several voice messages. When no response I called the headquarters in Pleasant Prairie WI. Again I got the run around with voice messaging with no responses back. I finally sent an email to the leaders of the company with no response back. This speaks volumes to me when the leaders of a corporation that prides themselves on diversity on every level cannot respond as a common courtesy if anything. Take away message: Not a company I want to work for. Run! Run fast and far from this employer! FAKE!
