I applied online. I interviewed at Uline in Dec 2018
Interview
Telephone interview - standard questions and give & take. Generic questions were promptly answered with measured thought going into my answers. I learned after the interview that the interviewers are looking for you to recite key words/phrases. Without reciting these key words, I guess you have no value and deemed not hire-worthy. The interviewers also were a bit unclear when throwing out the questions - speaking in broken sentences.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
Had a video interview with HR. No obvious red flags, was told I'd get a followup that week but never did. They want you in the office one day a week as outside sales.

Question 1
They wanted to know why I was interested in working for Uline.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Uline in Dec 2023
Interview
In person interview, with long tests before. Easy tests but honestly pointless. Then interview with typical questions along with more easy tests while there. Then second interview that was pretty much like the first but with different people. Had to take excel tests before the second interview, then didn’t hear back. Was an easy interview but very unnecessary process
They did several diagnostic tests and asked if why you want to work there. This included questions with numbers and pattern identification. This was a written test. Although not that difficult, it was a bit strange.
