Nothing new or unusual to add that others have already said about the initial process. Went through a phone screening, then a series of pointless tests and then they brought me in to interview in person. When i got there, I took some more tests and most seemed irrelevant to the job I'd be doing. I then had two interviews, the first was with someone who was generally interested in me, and I thought it went well. The second interviewer seemed annoyed and didn't even know simple information about me that was clearly on my resume in front of her. She didn't even know what job I was applying for. It was disappointing to say the least. After the second interview, I was uninterested in working in the extremely corporate environment. While I'm sure this place is a "fit" for some, it certainly was not for me.
After the interview I didn't hear back from them for 2 months.
