For the online tests, which I find hilarious, the key is answer the questions as if you are an aggressive sales person who will do anything for the company. Just make the sale. They will try to trip you up by asking similar questions so watch out for those. These tests are easy if you know to answer them - just answer "the Uline way". For the in-person interview (after more ridiculous tests), they asked basic interview questions from someone who knows nothing about the field your career has been in. Typical HR type of questions, in my opinion. Unfortunately, one can't interview with someone who can truly judge or understand the work you have accomplished until round 2. Uline is a very unique place, but making people take so many tests makes it look like they don't know how to hire or trust their HR employees to do their job that they have training and education in. The tour of the facility is a nice touch that they do. It is a beautiful campus, nicely located. They have a lot of amenities that you can take advantage of when you working long days.
