I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline in June 2021
Interview
This was the worst interview experience I've had thus far. I was asked the most basic interview questions you can find online. I inquired more specifics about the role, however, not much was known about the position.
You will be asked to do tests that have nothing to do with your role. For example, I was asked 50 questions regarding jargon of a sales job.
The interview process can be described as the opposite of innovative companies I've interviewed at (Microsoft, Visa, etc).
The entire process made me feel as just another number rather than valued potential employee.

Smooth process and very clear in what is expected. Communication was timely and professional throughout. Each stage was well organized, with relevant questions and transparency about next steps, making the overall experience efficient, straightforward, and respectful of my time.
Multi-step and very thorough process across the board. Numerous assessments and rounds of interviews to ensure fit in the company culture, the team, the department, and for the role itself
Phone call with recruiter. In person interview with the team - 3 rounds with two people each time, this all happened in one visit. Was very conversational, no technical questions.
