Interview
I was left waiting in the lobby for a while, then I was taken on a tour of the main office room. There was a decently long explanation of the hiring process and I had to take two or three tests. Then I waited for the interviewer to come out.
He was an older guy that talked for a while about the company and asked me a lot of questions about my resume with no feedback given and in a very non-conversational manner. He kept getting confused because a few of my jobs had overlapping time frames.
The whole thing took a few hours and I never heard from them again.

Interview
Initial phone screening takes about 15-30 minutes depending on interest. Questions are relatively standard, tell us about yourself, education, why us, salary expectations, etc. If you don't proceed beyond very entry-level questions assume you wont advance to the next stage of the recruitment process.

The process seemed overdrawn for an entry-level job, also the development program sounded like a call-center job more than anything else.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-general questions about what my resume experience
-how call center job would work for
-what in the company would I want to move to after the call center experience.
