I thought I was interviewing for a single position, but it turned out to be interviewing for multiple positions with multiple managers. I have never had a company make you take 8, yes 8 tests. Two on prem that were timed and 6 before getting the in person interview. I was told. "We have been doing it this way for 20 years". Well a lot has changed in 20 years, but not there... Let that sink in. I witnessed a maintenance man leveling the paintings in the hall way. I have never seen that before. I was told there were 45 hour work weeks and that WFH was frowned upon. It is a meat in the seat organization. (OLD SCHOOL). You are salary but punch a clock. " The director does it and she loves it". Whatever that means.... Etc Etc.
