Completely outdated, lengthy, you are timed and watched as you take tests with random number and letter patterns. Not sure how you can judge someone’s work ethic or even intelligence on word patterns. I should have walked out the office door when I realized I had already completed 5 “at home test” driven 45?mins only to be time tested again that is not place I would ever want to work.

The interview process was Brief and to the point. I spoke with two separate people. The first person was basically a screener. I then moved on to talk to another individual who asked more probing questions.

They emailed over some pre interview assessment questions. The day of, the interview was setup in their warehouse. It was a bunch of people that were interviewed together. The whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. HR asked basic sales related questions.
