Submitted my resume online. Was contacted within a couple days for an interview. Prior to the interview, there were 3 online assessments to complete as well as a printed application form to bring to the interview. At the interview, there were 5 others interviewing (for the same position I believe). Before having the formal interview, everyone completed 2 number assessments. After this, there was a one on one interview with the HR Manager who was very welcoming and polite. Was able to provide a lot of information about the role and hiring process. After my interview was over, I met with the Warehouse Manager for another interview. The next day, I received a call inviting me back for another interview with the Distribution Manager and Branch Manager. After a few days, I received a personal call informing me that I was not selected. Overall the interview process was very thorough and really provides the company with a good understanding of who they might be hiring. While I was not offered the position, it was a very rewarding process.
