      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Irving, TX) in Mar 2025

      Interview

You have to do an online assessment that takes over 1 hour to complete, then you get to your in person interview and have to complete 2 more assessments. The HR person who interviewed me was very casual and her attitude was as if she didn’t care or wanted to be there, uninterested in the interview, just going in autopilot through the questions. There is no pay transparency for this position, I asked for the salary range and she just kept saying that is based on experience but wasn’t willing to provide me with a range. They asked me for my salary expectation after being unwilling to share their pay range.

      Question 1

Do you prefer a laidback or a structured workplace. Why do you want to work here. Tell me about yourself.

      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Uline (Ontario, CA)

      Interview

The process began with two on-site assessments, which were straightforward and not overly challenging. After that, I had an interview that felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience comfortable. Overall, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and moved along fairly quickly.

      HR Coordinator Interview

      30 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline in Oct 2025

      Interview

Applied online. Shortly after, got invited to an interview. What they don't tell you before inviting you to an interview is that you have to do 4 assessments online, and 2 in person the day of the interview, before the interview. So you basically get invited to an interview and have to spend time doing their assessments all week. When you arrive at the interview it's like a tv show audition, the people interviewing for the role are there at the same time, and sit and do the pre-interview assessment with you. The entire HR team that I saw there was white; take that as you may. This interview process is degrading, improperly managed, not worth it, and you're better off applying anywhere else. By the way, if after the 6 assessments and wasting your time to go in person to do an interview, you manage to get a second interview, it will also be in person. So prepare to waste 2 hours on assessments, and back and forth driving money with 0 compensation for a company that treats you like an actress with only white casting directors. And after everything, all the invested time, they send you an automated email to reject you, not even the decency to have a real person contact you. Scum of the earth doesn't begin to describe this company.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      - Tell me about your past experiences in relation to the role - Do you have reliable transportation to go in to work in the office 5 days per week?

      HR Coordinator Interview

      10 July 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Uline

      Interview

The interview process was over complicated and included timed tests on site. That's fine and all, except that the interviewer admitted to regularly interviewing hundreds of applicants all the time just to sometimes hire one person. ULINE is very particular about their employees, also there's a dress code.
