Interview
The initial screening was a bit overboard, indicating a very busy hr Dept. The phone interview was not out of the norm. They seem very proud of who they are, and are driven to find the right fit. A different philosophy boasting a commendable salary.

Interview
Disappointing. Regardless of what type of position you apply for, expect the same process. Shinny warehouse with many hundreds of other candidates moving from one step to the next in large group...
Personality tests, pattern tests, they disregarded my 20 years of extensive distribution experience, with six sigma, and logistics certs, managing distribution channels for 12,000 stores, working for largest companies in the US, saving millions in Distribution costs, managing million Sq feet DC, focused on general questions in the first interview, without even looking at what I can offer the company, didn't move to the next interview, %100 depends on if HR liked you or not, and may be the personality test wasn't what they are looking for! good luck ULINE, that is why this position is posted all year long.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Uline (Brampton, ON) in May 2017
Interview
I walked in and waited along with 40 other people then we were brought into the lunch room for 2 timed (4min each ) aptitude tests, comparing numbers and finishing sequences.
After finishing the tests we all waited silently in the lunch room and managers came and got us one by one. After my name was called I was escorted to the warehouse where there were 2 rows of approx 20 chairs in each row facing each other and it was like a speed dating experience where I sat across from the interviewer and beside me was another person being interviewed etc. The interviewer was nice and pleasant but half way through the interview she lost interest in the interview as she would ask questions and talk over me when i was trying to answer and I felt like I was rushed out the door.
Needless to say, I didn't move to the next phase.
