Interview
Applied online originally. A video interview was scheduled followed by a recruitment day at the facility itself and a case study to be submitted, both demonstrating your abilities and knowledge as a trainer.

Interview
The initial interview was very straightforward and casual, it lasted about 20 minutes and was booked nicely in advance so you can plan your schedule accordingly. Was only really asked a rough background which I tried to go into as much as possible to open up questions about the role, went through certain aspects or requirements which I feel I met for them to say I seemed like a perfect fit and that I would receive an email with a test brief as the next step in the process. I followed up at the end of the following week where they said they weren't moving forward with my application for certain reasons which didn't seem accurate. I would hold off on telling people they will get an email to complete the next phase and leave it more open, or let them complete the next step and then make a decision so it feels more validated.

Interview
For out of country the process is to present a case study and create a program based on that case study with an interview to discuss the case study.
The highlighted problem is that you aren't given as many specifics as you possibly can. Meaning that you are left to assume a lot. The other issue with this process is that they want text book answers to the questions. The fundamental question you could disagree on is that if your client would wnat hypertrophy, should you then start with a bench press to maximize that person's possible pounds on bench? or a few accessory exercises before giving him enough stimulus that when he benches less pounds but still progressively overloaded over time enough to illicit growth.
Technical issues plagued the interview from happening, upon entry the interviewer was very unpassionate and disinterested from the start. He also couldn't care less about what I had to say.
Looking into the company the Leader of this organization emphasized energy/positive attitude and willingness to learn. I don't think the interviewer was in continuity with these principles.
