Genuinely unimpressed. They are looking for someone who has a cryptocurrency culture identity--not someone who possesses merit.
Recruiter failed to inquire about my experience, displaying a lack of interest in how my skills translate into the role. The recruiter did not share anything about the company. Typically, an interviewer will hype up the employer, which they did not do. Recruiter looked off to the side several times during the virtual interview, indicating there was someone off camera in the room with them. Recruiter was hyper focused on a temporary position I held many years ago and reason for leaving my last employer. Company desires to project an entrepreneurial vibe. However, they've been around for at least 10 years. The position doesn't maneuver Bitcoin or involve knowledge of crypto, but the recruiter behaved as though you ought to own Bitcoin even if you were going to scrub toilets for them.
