Quick, but had to ask questions because they were not very thorough. Initial interview gave lots of tips on how to be successful in my future interviews. There are three stages of interviews.

It only took a day for the manager to contact me to schedule an interview. However, it ended up being cut short due to my lack of bakery experience. She said it's possible for them to train me, but would simply rather not do that. At least she was honest about it.
