Truly the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered in over 20 years of working. They reached out to ask my availability and rate which I provided. They interviewed me and proceeded to offer me a job with no official paperwork. I told them I can't accept a job without a formal job offer. They strong me along for weeks continuing to claim the project was delayed and the paperwork was coming. Meanwhile, they asked me to start onboarding without pay or a signed contract. I told them I don't work for free and I'm happy to onboard when a formal offer letter is received. They then told me they were preparing paperwork but when I received it, the rate was 25% lower than initially discussed. When I followed up on why they drastically lowered the rate, and if we could meet in the middle, they ghosted me. They strung me along for month knowing from day one what my rate and availability was and then ghosted me when I held to it. This is NOT how a professional company operates. I will never apply there again. Amateur hour!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What experience do I have managing a large volume of deliverables.
Inconsiderate and kind of pointless to be frank. Everyone seemed checked out and uninterested in anything. No idea what happened. They asked if I would be willing to commute to the location mostly.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Unfold Agency
Interview
The interview process was seamless and organized. About 2-4 rounds depending on the role you are applying and your experience. The manager I interviewed with was cordial and asked typical interview questions. The overall interview process was not long for extensive.
